It integrates pressure regulating process of gas system, pressure regulator control of medium inlet and outlet, temperature and pressure measuring apparatus, sample connection, relief valve, gate valve of inlet and outlet and automatic combustion control system. It is easy to install and move on site.
Intelligent control system matching with appropriate combustor can be used in various water jacket heaters.It is composed of pneumatic control valve, temperature controller, main fire extinguing protector. According to the requirements of the out-stove temperature of medium and changing condition of medium (temperature and flow), through self-regulation of autocontrol combustor output power under electroless condition, it can assure the temperature of output medium meet the requirements. When main fire of the water jacket heater die out for some reasons, the control system can cut the gas source automatically to assure the safety of heater body.
The pneumatic control components of key valve, temperature controller and main fire extinguing protector is imported from U.S.A to assure the systems safety and reliability.
The product can be designed and manufactured according to GB150-1998 or ASME standard.
