      The coalescence process of coalescer mainly depends n the filter core. In order to eliminate the ultrafine liquid drops in the gas, the coalescer uses the filter core which has the double function of coalescing liquid drops and filtering ultrafine particles.

      Enter the coalescer after pretreatment, the gas goes through the coalesce filter core from bottom to up, inside and outside. The coalesce filter core coalesces the tiny liquid drops in the gas into big liquid drops, then the big drops are discharged through the filter core network under the force of gravity, and flow into lower coalescence fluid area of the coalescer, thus avoid the liquid entrainment. After passing the filter core, the gas is coalesced into liquid drops, and then we remove the impurity to prevent the gas entrainment, so that the pure dry gas is discharged from the exit of coalescer.

       The filter accuracy of coalescer designed and manufactured by our company can reach 1μm, 99.98% for solid filter efficiency, 99.5% for liquid filter efficiency. The selection of gas coalescer is influenced by liquid drops, solid particles in gas, transfer pressure, flow capacity, flow speed, temperature and so on.
