Detailed Product Description

      The basic principle: The gas and liquid enter into the separator, and then slowdown suddenly, change the direction of airflow at the same time. Under the combined action of inertia, centrifugal force and gravity, the gas and liquid separate primarily. After the airflow enters into the sedimentation section, the fixed diameter liquid drops move toward the exit slowly, and then subside into the liquid phase section naturally under the self-gravity. In order to improve the sedimentation effect and make the airflow appear layer flow easily, we set rectifying and guiding components in this section. We also set the extractive separating head and silk mesh mist catcher at the exit of gas to improve the separating efficiency.

The product can be designed and manufactured according to GB150-1998 or ASME standard.
